Kiersten Ligeti & Patricia Karoubi Team

I highly recommend Kiersten Ligeti for any of your RE needs. We've worked with Kiersten on several transactions over the years. She is very knowledgeable about the market. Being a Bay Area native, she was able to give us great insight into the different areas, schools, etc. She is fun and professional which helps make the buying/selling process more enjoyable.

Kiersten is a gem! I have worked with many other realtors in the past and she's definitely the best. She gives you honest feedback and gives good tips which I really appreciate. She is honest, responsive, kind, and gives great customer service. She went the extra mile for us and helped us with some repair issues even after closing. She will be there for you 100% which I really appreciate! Thank you Kiersten for all your help and advice.

We're a staging company and get the chance to work with Kiersten on few projects. She's a very professional, knowledgeable agent and knew the housing market well in her some familiar areas. Kiersten is also a very friendly agent with warm smiling all the time. She has few efficient teams beside her, to work with her together, such as handyman, contractor, design, marketing, etc to meet her client's different needs. Highly recommend her!

Kiersten and Patricia did a splendid job selling our condominium. They did recommend extensive renovation and staging, but the apartment sold quickly at more than enough above the asking price to cover the costs.

I highly recommend Kiersten and Patricia's services as real estate agents. Combined you are getting extra value by having a team of two highly efficient, organized, and caring realtors. Kiersten and Patricia are super smart and talented and made each of my three transactions painless and stress-free. Their calm personalities, confidence, and knowledge of the local area of Palo Alto made each purchase/sale a positive experience. I will be using Kiersten and Patricia for my next transaction.

A friend and a former colleague recommended Kiersten Ligeti to my husband and me to sell a condominium in Palo Alto. We lived at that moment in New York, with a limited amount of time that we could spend on a selling process. Kiersten and her colleague Patricia were incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful. They took care of the cosmetic renovation. The whole process was much more smooth, easy, and painless for us due to their excellent work. My husband and I were very much satisfied and happy to recommend Kiersten and Patricia to anyone.

Kiersten helped me purchase my first house and she was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the deal went through well both for the buyer and seller. Even after the transaction was done, she always followed up to ensure things were going well hence subsequently I had her help rent out my place and she even helped to deal with tenant issues and requests on top of that. We had recommended her to 3 other people and she helped closed all 3 properties.

I worked with Patricia, who helped me buy a place in Palo Alto last fall. She found the place I eventually purchased when it was (literally) a hole in the wall - being remodeled from the ground up. Over the course of two months, she kept tabs on it, got up to to the date info from the seller, and gave me invaluable tips and recommendations that I'm convinced made my offer "stand out from the pack", as the seller received multiple offers after the renovation was complete. Even before we found my eventual home, she honed in quickly on what I liked/did not like, and what "vibe" I was going for. She's super responsive on email and text and very friendly...

Kiersten Ligeti is an extraordinary agent. She prepared the house in short order and sold it in one day, substantially over the asking price. There are many points to recommend her, I will share two that set her apart from a great agent. First, she listened to what I wanted and put her absolute focus on achieving it. Her focus was absolute and overcame all obstacles. Second, she is detail-oriented and extremely knowledgeable. From start to finish she paid attention to every aspect of the transaction as if it is her own house. I was important to her and this level of responsibility is hard to find.

Kiersten will fight hard for you to protect your value-interests in the real estate you are either buying or selling. She is extremely professional in the way she handles every situation in the process of executing your real estate contract. I highly recommend Kiersten Ligeti to you all.

Kiersten is a wonderful person to work with. She is a professional who is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. She is very knowledgeable and can provide sound advice, especially for a first time home buyer like I was. She was also very helpful when I decided to sell and move to another state. She made sure that she found me a local real estate agent who matches her high professionalism. It was a hard task but she conquered the challenge for me which shows that she truly cares for her clients. I’ll gladly work with Kiersten again and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an awesome agent.

Kiersten is everything you'd want in an agent: Bright, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, and responsive! In a hot market like the Bay Area, you need to have a competitive strategy and move quickly. Having grown up in the Bay Area but living in San Diego for the past decades, Kiersten introduced me to the market conditions and let me know what to expect/what we needed to do to purchase an investment condo. Then she helped find areas the met my goals/criteria and, even in the hottest of markets, we were able to secure a place within just a couple of months that is ideal across the board, and we had fun doing so! Thanks for your expertise...

I was referred to Kiersten through some friends who had nothing but glowing things to say about her. As soon as you meet her, you see a warm, friendly lady with a big smile. My first impression is of a well-educated professional who cares not only about me but about what I really want. She was very good at discerning my true desires in a home and understanding what was really important to me before we went to look at any properties. She valued my time, but above all, she knows the market, when listings are over and underpriced, and as such, it was a very focused and targeted approach. The best agent I have worked with and will refer her to anyone I ...

Kiersten has helped me find and purchase a property which took 3 years of searching. She drove most of the time and coordinated with Sue concerning appointments and flexibility. I recommend her with best wishes.

Kiersten has proven to be a trusted advisor for our RE transactions here in the bay area. I have about 3 close personal relationships with realtors in the bay area and CA (family friends even) but choose Kiersten due to her advanced knowledge of the area and RE industry. We appreciate her industry knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall customer service skills. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you're considering buying or selling a home.

I have used Patricia's services to buy and sell three properties in Palo Alto. I highly recommend her services if you need an agent. Patricia is super organized and efficient and will carefully walk you through the sales process. She is smart and really cares about her client's needs. The best part is that she makes a complex and sometimes stressful situation smooth. I will definitely work with Patricia again for my next real estate transaction.

Patricia is dedicated and professional. She helped us find the perfect house and location for our family and our needs. It was a pleasure to work with her. Great agent with great knowledge of the Bay Area market.

Kiersten's professional level of expertise truly made my transaction at ease and pleasing. We had been unsuccessfully searching for a property for a while. Thru working with her, we were very impressed with her knowledge of the local real estate market and the efficiency of communication we had with the seller.

I truly haven’t met many professionals in real estate let alone in this valley who are truly exceptional. Kiersten and Patricia are strategic, resourceful, and fierce negotiators. These qualities are crucial during the pandemic. I recently purchased a new home in late May. With SIP in place, it was extra stressful, and Kiersten navigated the system with ease, and timely negotiated a fast close. Before the pandemic, Kiersten and Patricia have represented me on the sale of two properties. After two delays from our side to vacate, they took on herculean efforts in turning around the home. Timing is everything in this industry and even with our delays, ...

Kiersten is one in a million. With so many realtors to choose from, she made it clear that we made the best choice possible. Her communication, fierce negotiation skills, and attention to detail make her the only realtor we would ever represent us in buying or selling property. (I don't think she ever sleeps), but she amazes us in her knowledge of the market and offers sound investment advice for properties on and off-market.

Dear Prospective Homeowners: It is our immense pleasure to recommend Kiersten Ligeti and Patricia Karoubi as real estate agents for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were relocating from Socal to this area and were unsure how the differences in the real estate market between Socal and Norcal will affect our decision making. We needed a reasonably large home with our kids going to commutable colleges from home and with a yard and fast! Kiersten and Patricia both had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single-family home. They are highly talented techno...

Kiersten is totally awesome and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable on local communities, schools, and towns as well as being a savvy negotiator! Can’t go wrong working with Kiersten.

Kiersten Ligeti was our realtor when we purchased our home in Portola Valley five years ago. We had been outbid on seven or eight other properties by all-cash buyers waiving contingencies and we could in no way compete. We had become deeply discouraged about the possibility of owning a home in the Bay Area until working with Kiersten. It’s probably worth mentioning that we were not the high bidder on the house she helped us purchase. The sellers were quite emotionally attached to their home, and they wanted to know that the new residents would actually live in the property as a family— and that they would cherish the house and location. Kiersten gui...

We have worked with Kiersten Ligeti on several real estate transactions, both buying and selling. We have been very pleased with her excellent service and attention to detail. Her knowledge of the area as well as her great negotiation skills helped sell our home for way above asking and get us into a nice home in this crazy competitive market. We will work with her on any of our future real estate needs and highly recommend her to our family and friends.

Kiersten Ligeti is of the highest caliber in expertise, integrity and has a deep knowledge of bay area real estate. Kiersten has represented us in several real estate transactions (selling and buying) where we more than exceeded our goals. Most recently, she was instrumental in our purchasing a home with extremely difficult sellers who were dishonest and were threatening to back out of the sale. Their was very new to the business and were making promises to them that he couldn't deliver on due to his lack of knowledge. Kiersten was brilliant in working with that and coaching him through the final stages of the transaction to get the deal closed. On ...

We just wanted to thank you for being so amazing through this whole process. You are so much fun to work with, thank you for your availability on such quick notice for checking out all the properties in the process. You made the intimidating buying process so much more fun and easier on us, we always felt we were in the right hands and cared for. In negotiations, you're clearly a ninja, we couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

Kiersten and Patricia are AMAZING!! They handled EVERYTHING and used a great strategy to market and price my home. The result? Sold for way more than I thought possible! IF you can get them on your team, do it!
